Terms of Service

You may use Portfolio Coach to track portfolios, imports, family planning data, and AI-assisted review workflows for your own household or with permission from the people whose data you add.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for making sure the information you enter or import is accurate and lawful to use.

Portfolio Coach is for informational and planning support only. It does not provide regulated financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, or estate planning advice.

AI outputs, projections, charts, summaries, and calculations may be incomplete or wrong. You should verify important information and consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, legal, investment, or estate planning decisions.

You retain responsibility for the data you add to the service. You grant us permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the product.

If you import data from third-party services or files, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that data with the service.

When connecting a third-party account, you must use the minimum permissions requested by the product. For Trading 212, this means a read-only key with no order permissions. You can disconnect in Portfolio Coach and revoke the key with the provider at any time.

Do not use the service to break the law, violate someone else's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or misuse AI or import features.

Free monthly AI credits are limited to the default model, expire at the end of each calendar month, and do not roll over. Plus monthly credits work with all available models, expire at the end of the applicable paid billing period, and do not roll over.

PAYG and referral credits work with all available models and do not expire. AI usage is rounded up to the next whole credit, with a minimum charge of one credit for a successfully metered response.

Plus renews monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Model availability and prices may change, but previously purchased PAYG credits remain on your account.

The service may change, pause, or stop at any time. We aim to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information, projections, imports, AI outputs, or calculations from the service.
